　 技术层面上，日线级别图上，目前黄金已跌穿长达一年多来的下方强支撑1680dollar/盎司水位，技术指标继续向负向区域伸展，黄金的颓势明显。从周线级别图上，按照从1064-2075这个大周期区间以斐波那契回撤比来量度，跌穿1680美元后，理论上进一步低落50%的水平的价位将在1560.84dollar/盎司水平附近。短线小时级别图上，目前黄金已进入极端超卖状况，或存在短暂低位整理修正行情。整体上还是要以防黄金进一步向更低处发展的走势为主

   原油在上个交易日走出大幅下跌之后，在日线上基本是破坏掉了前期短期的震荡上行走势。在小时级别走势上同样是连续的下跌之后有开始小幅企稳的迹象，在技术形态上也有所修复。短期走势上可能会有一定的反弹修复，但是在大级别周期走势上原油仍处于震荡偏弱一些的走势中


   昨日原油欧盘承压89形成双顶承压，并下破88附近双顶支撑，这是日内原油走势转弱的标志，昨日博文说过原油日内思路关注88and89方向突破然后回撤做跟随操作。从四小时形态来看，原油本轮调整形成双顶承压，昨日跌破86.5and85两个关键支撑，直接扭转短期形成的上升趋势，而加息加剧经济衰退担忧对原油需求蒙上阴影，同时美国对伊朗发布新的制裁，原油可能将再次探底。昨日美盘原油破位下跌，凌晨原油同样弱势反抽，日内原油同样考虑顺势布局空。
