　　黄金昨日白盘从低位1808震荡反抽，亚盘时段在1822附近承压整理，欧盘走出快速突破最高触及1836一线然后快速回落，在会议纪要公布之前一度急跌到1813附近，利率决议之后FOMC和鲍威尔讲话黄金一度快速拉高触及1841附近，目前维持1830-35附近整理，

　　从盘面走势来看黄金在日线走势上的反弹基本走完，还是倾向于日线上能够走延续下跌走势上。昨天的反弹在日线上触及到前期箱体震荡的支撑位附近，技术形态上基本完成调整。从日内走势来看目前在H1级别走势1842形成连排的压制位，在H1级别走势上技术形态也开始逐步走弱，大概率还有延续下跌空间。

　　目前黄金来说，后半夜大阳逆袭，但是在我看来，目前多头只不过是强弩之末，回光返照，昨天高点1842未必过得去。大阳线只不过是扫空诱多而已，等市场全力追涨之际，空头也就悄然来袭了！

　　原油昨日延续阴K线回落收低，与前一日探高回落形成双阴线回撤，日线局部进入回调修正，同时破低前一日低点支撑116.70.小周期走出二浪延续的调整。目前随着日线的局部失守布林道中轨，短线有进一步回调修正需求，日内短线先行看惯性下探。

　　4小时此前在123.56高点处构造一浪调整浪形，昨日在大阴K线的之内整理后再破低延续。昨日整理的高点119.60是今日的临界点，也是小时图的台阶下行防守点，此位之下短线适当看延续，结合日线布林道的下轨。先看向下轨112.0附近回落。阻力位置在117.30-117.0附近，亚盘先行看空。
