　　黄金昨日持续震荡回修，主要原因还是受美元回升影响，后半夜行情更是变盘下破200Daily line1835-30一带支撑，这也导致短时市场情绪崩塌，行情大幅回撤至1810一线，日线最终收得一大阴线贯穿跌破200日线。

　　从日线结构上来看，此前200日线还是起到一定支撑作用的，在周三阳线作用下，周四原本还是有一定回升动能的，但是奈何美元强势打压之下，黄金最终还是出现变盘，却是很意外的向下跌破，破位200日线后，短时市场情绪崩溃，也导致行情短时进一步扩张下跌空间，目前1810附近虽有止跌，但根据昨日阴线力度，今日如果出现延续下跌也不足为其，下方可着重关注日线级别区间下沿1805-00一带回撤。日内上方则继续关注200Daily line1830-35一带争夺，能否重回200日线上，也就决定当前市场的情绪是技术性偏多的，还是情绪化偏空的。

　　结合小时图走势，以及当前美元极端情绪化上涨带来的影响，日内黄金大概率会低位震荡消化，上方还是着重关注前期1830-35一带争夺，下方则关注1810-00区域内能否进一步止跌回稳。至于技术结构上依旧保留看其超跌反弹，甚至反转的可能性，但是碍于当前美元极端偏强的影响，操作上却不要过于盲目，务必还是要谨慎对待，以防日内行情因美元情绪化而再度出现异动风险。

　　黄金今日操作思路上指南金师建议：以反弹高空为主，重点关注上方压力1830-43, lower support1810-1800，锁定此区间白盘看震荡，压欧盘操作上参考1815附近的多单机会，或1832-3附近的空单机会。

Friday(5month13day)美原油上行受阻，目前交投于106.84dollar/桶，尽管国际能源署(IEA)强调了全球燃料库存的紧张局面，而且市场继续受到欧盟对俄罗斯石油禁运导致供应紧张的前景影响，油价近几个交易日震荡走高，但OPEC也第二个月下调2022年全球石油需求增长预测，欧盟也开始考虑推迟制裁俄罗斯石油，亚洲新冠疫情打压需求前景，油价涨幅也受到限制。短线油价偏向震荡运行。

　　技术面：日线长下影小阳报收仍收10Above the daily line,MACD 0轴上方初步金叉；整体维持偏强震荡；4小时线走势震荡，MACD金叉，但KDJ高位发出短线超买信号，油价在108上方遭遇阻力，短线走势变数较大。虽然油价可能会进一步试探布林线上轨109.46附近阻力，或者等待布林线上轨下移，但向上进一步突破的难度较大。下方留意布林线中轨104.27附近支撑，在失守该位置前，后市机会略微偏向多头。但若回落至该位置下方，则增加短线看空信号，进一步支撑在102.67Nearby, then100整数关口附近支撑。更长的走势判断，参考布林线轨道99.07-109.48区域突破情况，进一步参考98.20-111.35区域突破情况。
