　　另外美联储鲍威尔表示，美联储拥有降低快速通胀的工具和决心，但他承认降低物价的过程可能是痛苦的。鲍威尔重申未来2次会议上各加息50个基点是合理的。此外，他还对“软着陆”的想法泼了冷水。他说：“世界各地正在发生重大事件、地缘政治事件，这些事件将在明年左右对经济发挥非常重要的作用、所以我们能否实现软着陆的问题，实际上可能取决于我们无法控制的因素。

　　周三黄金大涨，周四未能延续上涨走势，反倒是出现大跌，亚欧盘其实都是上涨的形态，但是一直无力，美盘失业金利多，但多头依旧给不出空间，最终在午夜消息面的影响下偷跌至1810, from4月底黄金开始下跌以来，到目前，黄金已经下跌超过3周，这一波下跌走完，金九可以断定，1810将是5月底部，黄金自此底部出现，开始看大涨。其实市场环境是一个多头环境，地缘局势一直不稳定，黄金避险一直存在，能跌倒哪里去，只不过美联储加息，美国市场资金回流，美元强势打断了前期的黄金上涨走势，现在是时间点已经到了5月中旬，接下来要看的就是黄金底部的形成，多头开始反攻。

　　基本面上的信息并不多，市场也没有重磅数据干扰黄金走势，等美元强转弱后，黄金会非常灵敏的走出上涨趋势，暂时技术面还差点火候，日线在1810是布林下轨的支撑点，但日线没有收阳，没有稳固的底部形态，因此，技术面日线在周五收阳，5月开始至6月加息之前，黄金绝对是一个上涨的形态，趋势的目标看1880，大涨可看1920。今天是本周最后一个交易日，极弱之下看上涨，需要耐心和信心，早盘黄金直接走高，而未能延续午夜的弱势下跌，那么亚欧盘必然是震荡，欧盘冲高之后，美盘才能继续上涨。亚欧盘的震荡走势以低多为主，为欧盘破位走势做有效准备，低位支撑在1818，可选择震荡回落多，欧盘站稳1832后，美盘可看涨至1852。整体来讲，周五黄金看好一波报复性的上涨，为本月黄金的上涨走势确定基础。

　　国际原油价格周四小幅走高，因国际能源署(IEA)强调了全球燃料库存的紧张局面。欧盟暗示成员国可能无法就俄罗斯的石油禁令达成一致。美国能源信息管理局表示，上周美国馏分油库存降至2005年以来最低水平，汽油库存连续第六周下滑。OECD国家的柴油库存降至2008年以来最低。石油输出国组织(OPEC)周四连续第二个月下调2022年全球石油需求增长预测，理由是俄罗斯入侵乌克兰、通胀上升和中国疫情反扑的影响。昨日油价整体再度迎来强势震荡回升反弹，亚欧盘价格承压106关口不断走弱下行，午后一度企稳102.5关口再度震荡回升并承压104.8一线快速走跌，临近美盘价格二次回踩企稳103.5一线再度破高，并在美盘迎来多头加速拉升重回106Strong closing above the level, dayk线报收震荡回升小阳线实体，整体价格企稳102.5一线强势上行反弹，今日有望进一步冲击107.5-108区域压制，同时此位置也是4小时开跌口强阻压制区域，今日依托此位置依旧要空一次继续看循环回落，
