　　美联储将公布货币新政，美联储主席鲍威尔将在半小时后召开新闻发布会。美联储几乎铁定会加息50个基点，并有可能启动缩减资产负债表。美联储5月不会公布新的经济和利率前瞻，投资者须高度关注发布会上可能流露出的相关线索。美联储快速加息的同时，也需要避免劳动力市场短路，否则将拖累经济。

　　黄金昨天再创小新低，不过很快就探底回升，目前看保持在低位区间震荡，日线并没有真正企稳，不过已经跌到了1850关口，而且明天凌晨2点就是5月利率决议了，所以很可能昨天就是提前见底的信号，因为加息落地后大概率利空出尽变成利多，黄金可能会直接大涨，因此这两天我都在找低点做多，今天依然如此，继续寻找探底企稳做多机会，或者可以等到加息前几个小时直接做多，总之现在的时间阶段是可以开始布局多单了，但要注意，不能排除今天还是新低的可能，甚至加息后先杀跌一波新低的可能，但是那基本没有延续性，一旦杀跌企稳就是布局多单的好机会，未来上方空间是巨大的。晚间上方关注1890-1900Pressure, following below1850-1840，低多为主。

　　原油方面，欧盘时段传出欧盟全面禁止俄能源进口以及运输的消息，虽然目前还未正式通过一些会议通过，但是无疑还是刺激了薄弱的市场情绪，日内震荡之后在130附近再度震荡上破105.5附近短期压力位，目前测试到了108附近前高压力位，短期情绪化的行情还在延续，振幅也是非常之大，操作思路还是不变，不过分去追单，多空都不要过分去追，关注108.5附近强压位，高位继续先做回调即可。
