　　黄金当前的市场消息面可谓是相当火爆，前者有俄乌局势导致各国加大制裁俄罗斯，继而导致黄金避险情绪上涨从而持续走多，后者又有美联储持续提高加息预期和不断有官员出来讲话强势偏鹰派继而利空黄金。而目前来看，本周市场仍然重点关注的还是这两则重要消息，主要就是看它们双方谁当前更加强势，俄乌局势所导致的问题持续火爆我们就持续看多，而再有美联储讲话或者市场提到加息预期影响我们就再度看空，反正就根据市场当前正公布的消息面顺势操作即可！

Analysis of Gold Operations:

From a technical perspective, gold,4小时趋势还是在当前1915-1950这个大区间中来回多空震荡，而日线更是连续半个月横盘走多空来回收线，那么从短线来看，在市场没有较大延续的消息面进一步刺激之前，黄金恐怕还是会在1915-1950这个区间震荡待突破了，所以我们短线仍旧以区间交易为主，下方支撑重点还是看1915，上方则是暂时看1940，进一步在看1950。

　　黄金操作策略参考：日内黄金依旧以1918-1920为短线支撑持续看震荡反弹多单，多单暂时看1933-1935，进一步在看1938-1940关口的突破，防守止损放1914。

　　至于短线上方压制还是暂时看1935-1938，突破则进一步看1945-1950，反正不破1935-1938则可以考虑布局空单继续看震荡来回，即使突破也再度看上方1945-1948压制看空。空单目标依旧看1920-1925Support!(当然，如果黄金是由于俄乌局势进一步恶化导致的突破，我们就暂且不看空，持续看更高点)

　　原油现在市场消息面错综复杂，难以分辨那些是利空，那些是利多的，一下俄乌局势导致炸掉什么油库，一下又因为俄乌局势持续制裁俄罗斯，再者就是美国释放原油储备控制价格，反正不管什么消息面，大家就记住，有释放储备原油消息面就是利空，减小控制产量就是利多，具体就看市场消息面如何公布。

　　原油操作分析：

　　原油从技术面来看，随着前期大跌至97.7低点后，目前连续几天都有所触底反弹的迹象，但是力度也不算太大，整体还属于一个98-105的区间震荡修复，那么其实我们操作上还是依旧看区间修复，不要盲目低位追空，高位追多就行，现在这种行情，市场多空趋势还是难以彻底确定，我们还是和黄金一样，看区间来回多空交易即可。

　　原油操作策略参考：目前依旧以下方98-99支撑震荡看多，多单暂时看101-103Take a closer look104-105压制，防守看97。

　　上方反弹再度触及105压制即可考虑做空，进一步压制看107补仓，高空为主，低多为辅，区间交易，空单依旧看100-99支撑，空单防守看107.5That's it!(虽说区间交易，但是不要高位追多，低位做空就行）
