　　上周周K大阴K收线带有一定的下影线，日线来看，上周整体数一个先跌后涨在延续调整的震荡回调格局，虽然上周五非农数据利多，但整体依然属于震荡偏弱！日线来看承压5天线延续偏弱形态明显，4H来看同样承压5天线均线慢跌回撤处于通道内偏弱整理，下方一旦进一步破位将会进一步打开下行空间，小时线来看整体属于震荡偏弱！所以，操作上来说，反弹依然高空为主，当然如果趋势直接下破，那么届时做空的位置可能就会越来越低，中期来看下方至少需要看跌至1890一带上周低点下方！

　　黄金，早盘回撤临近4小时的布林带下轨1915受到支撑再度探底回升，短线来说还是在通道内反复震荡！短线反复震荡，操作上围绕布林带通道上下轨道去做拦截，目前小时线来说反弹到中轨1932附近压力，所以围绕1933可以空一个，下方下破1915之后可以继续留仓下看1900水平以及下方！如果后面继续反弹突破还有反弹动能，那么届时空单转个短线对待，或者看情况要不要回撤在考虑短线跟多一个，届时只能临盘而定！操作上指南金师认为黄金周初以4小数1915-1940区间对待高空低多。更多的还是以高空为主。

　　原油日内先在98附近震荡回弹，测压至100.7一线后，欧盘时段又出现一波回撤，跌至98.3/2附近，但随后又再度回弹，目前回升至101附近。周线收报大阴，但价格还在关键上行通道上轨支撑上运行；日线同样如此，守住通道支撑，则不代表行情走弱发展，维持上周原判，认为它处于底部的震荡运行，支撑98-97，一旦企稳则容易震荡反攻，继续维持大区间内宽幅来回运行，4小时处于台阶弱势下跌当中，次高点在108.80.此位是空头防守。而下行趋势线的阻力下移至105.60.布林道中轨的阻力在103.5-104.6附近，短线空头趋势出现反弹。综上所述指南金师总结：原油整体维持在一个震荡走弱格局中，今日操作上考虑反弹做空为主，上方关注104.6-107.8美元阻力，意外上破就需要关注108.7水平阻力位，下方关注100.0-98.0dollar/Bucket support.
