　　尽管隔夜美元涨势受阻，且金市出现逢低买盘，给金价短线提供了一些反弹机会；但秦泽冉认为大选前美国不会推出新一轮刺激计划，欧美新冠疫情进一步恶化，也推升美元的避险买需，英国英脱欧风险下降，这些都令金价面临进一步下行风险。美国众议院议长南希·佩洛西与参议院多数党领袖米奇·麦康奈尔在疫情纾困方案上进一步坚持相反立场，实际上扼杀了大选前达成协议的可能性。这令美国股市连续两个交易日下跌，缓解了美元的下行压力，利空金价。佩洛西与财政部长史蒂文·姆努钦周三上午继续通过电话交换意见，但姆努钦称难以在11month3An agreement was reached recently. 　　近期原油似乎维持着一种供需平衡，而价格来讲的话也是一个宽幅的小周期震荡行情，但是秦泽冉预计这样的情况不会持续太久。从市场的供需平衡来看，显然第二轮疫情将会带来原油需求的减弱，在这里不得不提一下全球原油库存，在今年上半年看到了负油价的时候，最主要的原因就是原油库存饱和，造成生产出来的原油没有地方储存。而随着欧佩克+以及各大产油国的集体减产，全球原油库存开始减少，而对于战略储备来讲其实在疫情前期就基本饱和。
　　　　原油昨日下探回升，又是一波洗盘式的下探，结构上的防守点比较弱化，没有较明显的多空临界点，在洗盘中确立趋势，相对而言，周线和日线仍偏多，只是短线的过程当中，属于蓄势突破的前夕阶段。拉锯洗盘是主格调，昨日最低回测39.20Approaching the previous low point, holding on in the late trading session and rebounding again to recover lost ground, reaching its highest point41.0.4Second exploration in the hour39.0-39.20区域启稳回升，短线稳固了支撑。但是均线指标依旧凌乱发散，结构上看似强势，但仍缺少一定量能，不排除继续伴随洗盘。当然趋势既然偏多一些，在洗盘的过程中就尽量择低位多。布林道开始收口，所以综合分析操作上秦泽冉建议回落做多为主，上方关注41.5-42一下阻力，下方关注39.5-39Frontline support.
