另一方面，美国的疫苗研发再度面临阻碍。美国礼来公司13日宣布，由于存在潜在安全隐患，美国卫生监管机构已经暂停了该公司用于新冠病毒抗体药物的后期试验。这是连续两天美国两家企业相继宣布因安全方面原因暂停新冠疫苗或疗法的临床试验。12日，美国强生公司宣布由于一名受试者出现“无法解释的疾病”，公司决定暂停由旗下杨森制药公司研发的一款新冠候选疫苗的临床试验。


与此同时，随着2020年美国总统大选进入最后的冲刺阶段，美国两党的政治博弈已接近白热化。多个民调显示，拜登领先特朗普超10个百分点，而且民主党再次夺得参议院多数席位的概率也在持续上升。

一、主动性解套 ：当发现自己的买入是一种极大的错误的时候，这个时候就应当及时斩仓止损；当自己被深度套牢无法斩仓同时又可以确认后市大盘仍有进一步深跌的空间，可采用做空的方式有效降低损失。

二、如果套牢时，所买入处在高位必须立即止损；如果所买入处在中位，可以依据当时的情况暂时观望，以求的解套离场或者逢高减仓降低损失；如果所买入处在低位，则不必急于止损，应该在所买入下跌企稳之后，在重要的支撑位敢于低位补仓，摊薄成本，在接下来的反弹行情中将高位套牢的仓位一同救出来。

三、采取以不变应万变的“不卖不赔”方法。在单子被套牢后，只要尚未脱手，就不能认定投资者已亏血本。如果手中所单子有发展前景，且整体投资环境尚未恶化，市场走势仍未脱离不明市场，则大可不必为一时套牢而惊慌失措，此时应采取的方法不是将套牢单子和盘卖出，而是保持持有来以不变应万变，静待近价回升解套之时。
