International SpotgoldTuesday(9month22day)延续跌势，盘中最低触及1894.52dollar/盎司，不过震荡后重返1900美元关口附近，表明近期多头仍在顽强坚守1900这一重要的心理关口。根据近期很长一段时间的焦灼走势，已经开始有分析师认为2020年黄金的涨势可能已经结束，尽管长期而言金价依然保持上行。再加上美元的走强和技术面下破关键三角形态，金价未来进一步走低的风险已经攀升。


与此同时，美国众议院外交事务委员会的共和党议员周一(9month21day)发布了针对中国与新冠肺炎疫情蔓延有关行动的最终报告，指责中国掩盖病毒威胁，并指责世界卫生组织(WHO)未能予以反击。这份96页的报告以共和党6月份公布的中期调查结果为基础，在很大程度上支持了美国总统特朗普的观点，即如果不是中国的举动，新冠病毒大流行本可以避免。


眼下中美关系的紧张局势仍在加剧，这继续成为黄金多头组织反攻的底气。不过值得注意的是，现在市场的避险资金继续上演3月份的那种趋势，正源源不断的涌入美元，这令黄金后续动能略显不足。


On the other hand,Federal Reserve主席鲍威尔和美国财长努钦日内均在国会听证会上发表讲话。从讲话内容看，鲍威尔继续表达了对经济的谨慎乐观态度，但同时强调如有必要将会采取全部的可用工具，并认为经济活动和就业市场都在稳步恢复，但仍需进一步削减经济面临的影响，因为未来的道路仍然面临高度的不确定性。不过从鲍威尔的讲话中可以发现，现在的主体街项目需求较小，未来可能需要一个新的计划。

黄金走势分析操作建议：

四小时来看，隔日黄金震荡下行，持续走低，刺破下轨后回升，并持于中下轨运行，当前布林带处于开口期，MAThe moving average is arranged in short positions,KDJ随机指标三线并拢有向下弯钩趋势，MACD指标绿色动能柱持续放量，快慢线死叉向下，综合来看，黄金在经过隔夜的下跌后，目前处于修正反弹之中，但力度不足，或将继续下跌，操作上建议反弹做空为主。

黄金震荡向下。由于全球股票市场遭遇抛售，美元走强、疫情抬头迫使欧洲重新*封锁措施等因素加速了金价跌至两个月来的最低水平。最终尾盘反抽收盘在1910上方，隔日开盘先走出一波反弹收复。暂时守住了此前低点，局部可能重新进入震荡，但是波动基数大，仍存在较大机会，4小时图一波连续大阴K线下挫后再伴随三根阳线反弹，下跌快反弹收复也快。


技术面重新回归震荡，但区间已经向下移，亚盘连阳反弹必有二次回踩，在阳K线反弹中先行择机高空一次，看欧盘进行二次下探，至于能否跌破1882低点是决定弱势空头能否延续。跌破进一步下行，不破本周则会先在低点之上走震荡拉锯，所以综合分析操作上瀚文建议反弹顺势做空为主，上方关注1920-1925One line of resistance, pay attention below1880-1875Frontline support,

原油走势分析操作建议：


原油现在的走势属于下跌后的震荡行情，上方40.3位置既是此前盘整顶部位置，破位前是支撑，破位后转换为压力，并且是30分钟走势图上长短均线即将死叉的位置，如果今日的行情反弹不能有效突破40.3位置的压力，必然会再次下跌，而且多空转换，将会开启波段下跌走势！早盘依托40.3压力位置先空。


下方关注昨日回踩低点38.6位置的支撑！此位置是昨日回踩的低点也是1Hour level200日均线支撑位置，没有破位前原油暂时维持38.6-40区域内震荡，破位的情况下将会再次下跌，形成与此前43reach36位置的下跌对应的下跌波段！综合来看，原油今日短线操作短线思路上瀚文建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注40.8-41.3Frontline resistance, short-term focus below38.5-38.0Frontline support.
