International SpotgoldMonday(9month21day)承压重挫，盘中最低触及1882.60dollar/盎司，之后勉强重返1900关口上方，全球股市的抛售加剧了市场的负面情绪，部分原因是市场担心新冠病例的增加、可能会重新限制活动，以及政府新一轮救助措施的不确定性。


昨日美国财政部金融犯罪执法网络(FinCEN)的公开了一系列机密文件，被爆出涉嫌洗钱的有摩根大通银行、渣打银行、德意志银行以及纽约梅隆银行等。这条消息似乎严重打击了投资者信心，9month21日欧美银行股纷纷大跌，拖累了股市大盘的同时也掀起了新一轮的担忧情绪。


国际调查记者联盟表示，这些泄露的报告只是金融机构提交给FinCen众多报告中的一小部分。在这些报告中，出现频率最多的五家银行分别是汇丰、渣打、摩根大通、德意志银行和纽约梅隆银行。


另一方面，欧洲各国政府拉响防控警报，英国首相约翰逊之后也公开承认英国第二波疫情已经无法避免，并称政府会在接下来采取更有力的防控措施来阻止疫情的暴发，潜在的全国封锁的风险令市场担忧情绪加剧。


同时，自从7月份以来，美国共和党和民主党就新一轮刺激计划就一直处于僵局之中。但美国联邦最高法院大法官金斯伯格18日去世，可能会进一步加大刺激计划谈判的难度。美国总统特朗普之后曾表示，将提名一名女性保守派人士来填补这一空缺。但围绕接替人选，美国两党针锋相对，这将继续扩大双方在政策上的不和以及分歧。

黄金走势分析操作建议：

　
黄金日线分析：区间震荡；布林带收口后接近水平运行，留意上下轨突破情况；目前MACD死叉，绿色能量柱扩大，KDJ高位结成死叉，指数破位50下方。近期金价料弱势格局。黄金当前窄幅震荡，处于三角形震荡的末期，而且本周鲍威尔频繁登场包括美联储各个官员也会发声，技术上黄金已经处于可以变盘的时间节点，消息上也有一定的刺激，能否走出一波像样的波段行情，应该就在最近出现，黄金多空胶着的走势，一旦方向明确将会是破位式的爆发行情。


gold4小时分析：宽幅震荡；布林带三轨轻微开口，金价破位下轨支撑；MACDDead fork,KDJ死叉，短线动能相对较弱。从技术面看，黄金短线料延续弱势走势。而从当前黄金的走势来看，上方1955include1960and1970都是比较重要的压力位置，而下方则是1920的支撑。黄金早盘以及欧盘我都在不断的提示依托1955压力位置做空，早盘墨迹一上午后终于在欧盘迎来了瀑布式的暴跌行情，跟随趋势，获利无忧，接下来还是继续空不变，依托1920继续空，接下来的目标是1880Location.


黄金上周五及今日早盘行情都是反弹走势，但是最终未能突破1955多空分水岭位置，尤其是早盘连续多次测试压力不过，强不再强必转弱，更何况是弱势的反弹，下跌是情理之中，意料之中的事情。当前的下跌并未结束，而是刚刚开始，美盘还是继续看跌不变，当前在1890附近会有一定的支撑作用，黄金反弹不过1920还是继续空，破位后必将跌至1890区域。综合来看，黄金短线操作思路上金鑫个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注1920-1925Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1885-1880Frontline support.

原油走势分析操作建议：


原油连阳反弹后局部出现十字K线的停顿，这个十字K线倾向于局部的整理修正。为上涨做进一步的蓄势准备，相当于在中性位置的中继十字K线，周线收盘中阳线。重新收复40.0上方，短线回归此前的区间内震荡。


4小时一波低位连阳上升之后开始放慢震荡，初步完成了下探止跌回升，不过快速的收复上升之后，指标还未跟上上行速度，短线在蓄势进一步上涨过程。局部停顿修正过程耐心等待低位再择机操作，以免进高了持仓显被动。综合来看，原油今日操作思路上李升隆个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注40.0-40.5Frontline resistance, short-term focus below38.0-37.5Frontline support.
