　　美国新一轮刺激法案遇阻
　　另外，美国国会漫长的夏季休会终于要结束了，所有人的目光都将聚焦在下一轮新冠疫情救援和经济刺激方案上。由于民主党和共和党迟迟未能就刺激计划的规模和范围达成一致，第二轮援助计划谈判一直陷入僵局。昨日特朗普在新闻发布会上称，民主党不想达成新一轮经济刺激方案，因为他们认为该方案将有助于他赢得连任，并且不打算与民主党当面协商，万亿刺激法案再次闯关失败，也降低了资本市场对未来美国经济的宽松预期。
　　美元指数五连涨，升至93关口上方。美元指数震荡上扬的原因，更多的是避险需求的上升，而非美国基本面的向好。全球股市集体承压，也带给美元指数一定支撑。不过，有分析指出，全球低利率政策将持续下去，除非看到市场风险偏好迅速回落，尤其是新兴市场，否则美元指数的升势依然有限。

　　黄金昨日小阴线震荡收低，最高反弹1941.50一带承压，回测至1924低点陷入震荡，由于劳动节假期。美国市场休市。昨晚美盘空间相对收敛。横向窄幅整理收尾。日图收成小阴线。暂时局部震荡当中。美元依旧有进一步反弹迹象工。黄金或许本周还将继续承压向下。日线相对倾向向下回落。

Short line chart:4小时开始进入区间钝化。暂时处于上周五的区间内收敛运行。K线实体缩量。布林道也开始收口。小时图放缓震荡，上方区间1941高点仍是短期空头临界点，短线反弹不收复1941.短线依旧高空为主思路。整理中看蓄势下破低点。今日操作依托1941做防守，接近1933/1934一带依旧是做空点。空间边走边看，目前还是震荡收敛当中，等待整理后的再次放量。下方关注1916.跌破将进一步向下回测1900或下方。
