在国新办企业家代表与中外记者见面会上，新希望集团董事长刘永好表示，由于量的减少，导致现在猪肉价格非常高，到今天毛猪收购价格，还是超过36块钱一公斤，正常价格应该在14、15块一公斤。“猪肉自由”成为了网络讨论的重点话题。随着技术进步，组织到位，以及大量资金投入，现在生猪正在恢复，相信到明年中期以后，猪肉价格逐步恢复到正常价，全国老百姓一定能够享受到价格适当的质量好的猪肉。（国是直通车）
