原油依然没有太多的交易空间，没有特别的消息影响的话，近期可能要再40.5-42.0区间内盘整一段时间，今日亚欧盘小幅下跌，下方支撑依然在41.0位置，美盘41.30继续多。

日线上看原油今日收十字阴线，短线级别下方支撑依然强劲，还是维持在高位盘整，4小时上看行情运行在布林带中轨，行情向上寻求突破，关键压力位还是42美金，突破此位置原油才能进一步破位新高。晚间依托2小时支撑位41.3开多。

黄金多头到顶，早盘现价多单刚好到目标位2000点，没有去继续去追多是我一直以来对黄金高位的“恐惧”早间就提示防止行情回落，没成想黄金大跌70美金，盘中给出了2个现价空单，虽然说获利不是很多，但总比追了多单的或者是回落开了多的要强太多。

黄金由于明日的美联储会议，以及空头砸盘多头抛售引起市场恐慌而导致黄金暴跌，一直在强调黄金没有永远的上涨也没有永远的下跌，当大家都贪婪时，我们就要警惕，70美金的跌幅给很多人深深上了一课。早盘我也在低位接了多单还好及时止损，并反手开了两单空及时挽回损失还有不少盈利，美盘先看多，当然也要随时防止行情再次回落。
