　　我认为套单的原因无非两点：对行情趋势把握不对，方向做反。不执行严格止损，擅自调动止损点位。
　　
　　我一直强调严格止损！止损是用来减小损失的，不是用来防止损失的。道理很多人明白，但是无论强调多少遍总会有人不执行。就好比你告诉一个吸烟有害健康，能理解但不能克制。

　　中间位一旦被套，最好等候金价出现反转时，同时也是金价在箱体区间形成反转高点或低点以后，金价距离原来被套单入市点最近的位置，执行原来交易单的手动平仓，再建立与现时金市投资方向一致的交易单，这样就能把原有交易单被套的亏损点位，按金价区间运行特性自动解除，建立顺势交易单时，需关注区间运行格局的结束时点，以及该调整期所在的整体K线单边运行方向为上行或是下行，避免再次被套。
