原油连续几日都在37.0-40.0区间内上下盘整，原油也是在选择多空方向，在没有形成突破的情况下我们就按照低多高空来操作，不要追涨杀跌，早盘40美金下方先空，回撤37美金附近再多。

日线上原油处在高位震荡，高点在收低承压40dollar,MACD死叉向下，有走空趋势。2Hours4小时已触及布林带上轨压力位，早盘40美金下方开空，下方关注38.0一线支撑，继续下破进一步再看37dollar.

黄金还是在区间震荡运行，在没有突破的情况下还是不要追涨杀跌，本周是非农数据周，今日也是月线收线，黄金一旦打破区间选择方向，那么行情就会很大了，向上突破1800，向下破位1700，多空都有机会。

日线上黄金继续触顶高位横盘，只要不突破高点就以区间来回震荡整理操作，关注本周数据能否打破区间，在不上破的情况下行情是更看好跌势的，2Hours4小时维持布林带上轨与中轨区间选择方向，先以区间操作，破位再选择追单。
