英国央行行长贝利曾表示“不排除负利率”

5month20日，英国央行行长贝利曾表示，他密切关注负利率，持续地在评估利率区间下端，他对于负利率的立场有些改变，不排除负利率。
此前贝利提到的负利率，将会是本次利率决议的主要看点之一。由于5月份英国数据稍有回暖，失业率降低，因此也降低了此次利率决议出现负利率的可能性。需要关注英国央行是否对于负利率有更多的指引。如果表示今后采取负利率，那么即便此次利率决议没有采用负利率，看空预期的升温也将对英镑产生影响。

英国央行副行长拉姆斯登表示，很有可能在6月份的会议上或在此后的会议上，推出更多量化宽松举措。是否强调负利率以及扩大多少QE规模这两点，是目前市场的主要焦点。

[li]道明银行：英国央行可能进一步扩大QE方案。道明银行认为英国央行会公布1000Billions of poundsQE方案，并保留进一步宽松空间。[/li][li]美国银行：预计英国央行8月可能降息至0，看空英镑。美国银行预计英国央行此次增加1000Billion poundsQEBut8月会有更进一步的定期融资计划（TFS）以及降息措施，因此看空英镑，尤其是和欧元、瑞郎、日元之类的交叉货币对。[/li][li]三菱日联银行：若英国央行强化负利率预期，英镑恐下跌。三菱日联预计英镑走势更多取决于央行是否强调负利率。如果没有强调负利率，英镑会反弹上涨，反之英镑下跌。[/li]

GBP in1.2600附近陷入宽幅震荡走势。市场对今日晚间的利率决议拭目以待，这也将指引英镑下一步的方向。
