　　这一项看起来好像和交易关系不大，但实际上却是最重要、最难学的交易技术。如果你做过真实的交易，你就会知道一个交易员每天在心理上承受的痛苦是多么巨大。如果你不懂得心理调节技术，那么你的交易必定会做得一塌糊涂，就算其他技术掌握得再好也没用!



　　具体而言，如果你不够放松，那么你必定会感到紧张，而紧张会让你呼吸急促、身体僵硬、思维僵化，最后你会精疲力竭，在这种状态下，你的交易动作会完全变形，根本无法正常发挥，即使看到了机会和危险，你也无法动弹;如果你不够专注，那么你根本就看不到机会和危险在何处，更不要说抓住机会、回避风险。

　　关于出场有很多种办法，但是基于让利润奔腾的出场原则，最理想的办法是利用移动止损来出场。难点就在于移动止损的设置，和进场时机的把握一样，这也是一门艺术，但也有规则可言。移动止损不能移动过快或者过慢，移动过快容易导致过早离场，移动过慢又会损失很多利润。一般来说可以根据价格运行的速度来设置移动止损，价格运行速度慢，止损位的移动也要慢，价格运行速度快，止损位的移动相应也要加快。至于具体放在什么地方，则需要根据实际情况而定。



　　五、止盈止损



　　很多人往往做不好止盈，从而让盈利单变亏损单，在单边趋势下，止盈可以用推止损法来加大利润空间，在震荡行情中，止盈往往需要个人思考点位平仓，不是每一单都必须赚几千几万，震荡行情中，有时几百的利润就是积少成多。当你在下单前，就应该想好止损价是多少，止损价格是不是合理，下单以后，马上把止损价填上，为什么要一开始就要填止损，就是如果行情不是你希望走的情况，这样你第一时间就可以减少亏损，止损止损就是停止亏损的意思，只有小亏才能保住元气。
