美联储鲍威尔再度发言，负利率暂不考虑，黄金突破1760-GKFXPrime

美联储主席鲍威尔近期接受哥伦比亚广播公司CBS《60分钟》访谈节目的采访。采访中鲍威尔再次回复解答了负利率相关问题及疫情下的经济问题。

负利率问题

主持人斯科特·佩里（Scott Pelley）询问，美联储在3月中旬将利率降低到0利率附近，为何近期不再继续下调至负利率呢?特朗普总统此前表示负利率是个不错的选择。

鲍威尔再次强调，负利率这样的货币工具带来的结果是复杂的（mixed）。储户存的钱会减少，银行的盈利能力也会降低。能想象这样的政策并不会太受欢迎，同时给未来经济增长也会带来压力。就当前联邦公开市场委员会的看法来说，负利率不确定性太高，对美国而言实质性的价值可能并不高。
此外，鲍威尔也表示美联储当前虽然已经竭尽全力，但是手上的货币政策依旧有弹药可用。未来会继续扩大现有的贷款计划，甚至会启动新的贷款计划。

新冠肺炎疫苗相当重要

鲍威尔同时强调，对于未来美国经济回暖情况还是需要看疫情情况。虽然我们当前能看到美国失业率极高，但是这也间接的说明当前社会梳理措施较为成功。在第二季度失业率可能会到达顶峰。

当前对于疫情不仅仅是隔离措施的完善，更重要的还是在于疫苗的研发情况。从英国最新的疫情发布会来看，疫苗研发情况较为乐观。牛津大学及帝国理工作为世界上开发疫苗的两大领先者，实验的进展较为顺利，具体结果将在下个月公布。若试验顺利的话，该疫苗最早将在9月份进行量产。届时疫苗的研发成功对于整个未来的经济情况就可以乐观看待。

美联储主席鲍威尔今日的节目发言，暗示着经济复苏将耗时更长且更坎坷。避险情绪导致黄金亚盘时段继续延续上周涨势，突破1760关口。根据简单的技术分析来看，行情突破后的预期目标位等于收敛三角形左侧开口的高度，黄金预期目标位在1809About USD.

而黄金在2011Year to2012年期间，反复测试1800美金整数关口一带。因此近期黄金的上方第一目标位置位于1800-1809美金一带。
