　　消息面：亚盘时段，国际油价小幅下跌，美油现报58.86dollar/Barrel, decline0.57%；布油现报64.11dollar/Barrel, decline0.43%。继上周五美油逼近60大关之后，周一有所回落，目前新减产计划的利多已经消化，投资者将进一步关注贸易局势的进展，此外全球经济也有所企稳，暗示着需求可能有所回暖。此前石油输出国组织(OPEC)及其盟友同意在2020年初将减产幅度提高5010000 barrels/日；霆龙认为，沙特在设定他们可能进一步减产的预期方面做得很好；沙特可能在产量配额的基础上进一步减产在一定程度上缓解了人们对全球crude oilConcerns about oversupply.

　　原油走势分析：原油周线来看，上周收线影线较短的大阳线，趋势上连续几周都是震荡上行的趋势，油价靠近布林带上轨。MA5日线处于上方。原油日线拉看，上周五收线中阳线，高点突破前一日高点，低点突破前一日低点，走势上反弹破高，在回调。油价今日开盘最低58.81, highest59.16。原油四小时来看，原油上方受阻回调，MACD有重合的趋势，红色能量柱放量减弱，KDJ重合，油价运行在上轨与中轨之间。原油小时线来看，油价处于回调盘整小区间震荡走势。从技术面分析，大趋势上霆龙依旧是看涨的，短线上暂时看不出强弱的趋势。综合分析，霆龙建议上方重点关注59.8-60阻力突破情况，上方重点关注57.6附近支撑情况。操作思路上霆龙建议回调做多为主。
