前海开源MSCIChinaAstock market index数基金经理陶曙斌认为，相较前两次扩容，本次扩容A股反应有所提前，“外资风向标”的北向资金近期显著流入也验证了这一点。短期来看，相对资金面的影响，本轮扩容将更多起到对市场情绪的提振作用。长期来看，一个国家或一个地区的股票纳入国际性指数，通常会带来海外资本的长期流入。“随着入摩进程的推进，外资有望持续流入A股市场，为市场带来增量资金，这对于股市是一个长期持续的利好因素。”
