　　北京时间周四凌晨美联储公布利率决议，降息25个基点。这是美联储年内第三次下调利率目标，并试图给自己留出空间，不再下调利率。美联储主席鲍威尔在新闻发布会上的措辞同样强硬。利率决议公布后，黄金小幅上涨。鲍威尔表示，如果事态发展导致我们对前景进行实质性的重新评估，我们将做出相应的回应。因此，如果情况比美联储官员预期的更糟(这是众所周知的)，那么他们将继续降息。尽管通胀仍在控制之中，但我们应该预期利率将保持在目前水平。TS伦巴第的美国经济学家史蒂夫·布里茨称，实质性的重新评估意味着美联储需要被证明是严重错误的，而这反过来又意味着经济衰退。因此，这意味着需要等到衰退信号才会降息，反过来，这也意味着它们将为时已晚，无法避免衰退。
　　
　　富常波个人观点： 隔夜在贸易消息和经济数据的叠加刺激下，美元连跌四日，黄金多头趁机爆发，一举击穿1500as well as1510两大关口。今日(11month1day)市场将迎来本周最后的爆点——美国非农就业报告，若该数据与预期出入较大，市场可能会作出极为强烈的反应，投资者需严阵以待。常波分析认为，尽管金价走高，但看空动能的信号还在，金价必须要回到1517dollar/盎司上方才能阻止商品交易顾问(CTA)抛售多头持仓。黄金近期的涨幅或许很难维持住，受到一些经济数据的影响，金价可能会有所回落。

　　昨日黄金借助消息面影响直接突破1500之后，顺势直接上涨到1513，降息当晚探底回升之后，周四延续了涨势，这个上涨符合预期。目前来说，上方1518-1520构筑阻力区域，这个很明显。能不能突破，就要看今晚非农数据了。如果数据利好的话，常|波认为可能会向上突破阻力压制，如果数据利空的话，就要看回调了。
　　
　　现货黄金从技术面上看，黄金得益于美国利率再次降息的消息而利好，日线连续走出2根大阳线，将K线从布林带下轨直接拉升至布林带上轨，目前一众均线也是向上勾头，MACD快慢线也是下次金叉向上，整体趋势开始朝多头发展。4小时上也是走出双金叉上涨状态，如果价格破位1518美元，还将延续U行反转形态，所以日内点管关注黄金是否会冲破前期高点1518美元。小时线上，MA5andMA10均线粘合向下，MACD快慢线也是下次小幅度死叉，表明在黄金连续上涨之后，早盘需要一波小回落，下方比较重要的支撑点是1506/01这一线。综合来看，今日短线操作思路上富常波个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方短期重点关注1518-1523Frontline resistance, short-term focus below1506-1501Frontline support.

　　原油：周三公布了美国至10month25dayEIA原油库存数据，与周三凌晨公布的API数据不一样的是库存大幅增加，油价短线延续日内走势继续下挫。从基本面来看，油价近期利多因素支撑作用影响弱化，而下方53.6位置支撑，大概率上将是原油多头反弹的重要根据地。此外，由于MACDandKDJ金叉信号还比较弱，若意外回落至20Weekly moving average53.6下方，则削弱后市看反弹情绪。短线的话53.9附近也存在一定的支撑。
　　
　　原油从技术面来看，日线原油走出4连阴形态，5Daily moving average and10日均线已经形成死叉，K线跌破布林带中轨，MACD快慢线也有望形成死叉，今日如果原油再度走跌，那么后续价格将冲击布林带下轨51.80USD.4小时上，一众均线也是排列向下，K线沿着布林带下轨运行，MACD快慢线双双跌破O轴，形式片空头。小时线上由于收盘前的会涨，目前有下次双金叉反弹的迹象。综合来看，今日短线操作思路上富常波个人建议以反弹高空为主，回调做多为辅，上方短期重点关注54.9-55.4Frontline resistance, short-term focus below53.6-53.1Frontline support.
