Spot gold from4小时来看，金价高台跳水后暂时窄幅整理交投，MACD绿色动能柱略微扩张，KDJ随机行情指标继续走低，指示黄金短线下跌动能仍存，料继续展开跌势。目前反弹空间较小，有点弱势修正的迹象，今日短线还会伴随惯性的回落，具体看力度大小。震荡小区间下方支撑在1485附近，大一点则是再1480附近支撑。综合来看，今日短线做单思路上忆然个人建议以反弹高位做空单为主，回调做多单为辅，上方短线重点重视1495-1498一线阻力，下方短线重点重视1478-1480Frontline support.

　　原油四小时线来看K线走势基本跟黄金一样经过昨日的深度回调，K线日内涨到56.92一线受阻，晚间冲高回落走空一度跌至下方54.5一线，短期来看MA5AndMA10The moving average is at56.28一线形成死叉后就持续性的下探走空，K线位于布林带中轨下滑布林带通规形成收袋趋势，MACD均线形成死叉后依然还是持续性的下探绿色能量柱持续放量。目前来看原油的空头趋势还是十分明显有劲，短期之内我们可先看至下方支撑点54.4一线。综合来看，今日短线操作思路上忆然个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，
