　　原油：美国炼油厂从秋季检修后逐渐恢复生产，原油加工量趋于增加，而欧佩克以及参与减产的非欧佩克产油国坚持减产，同时在美国的页岩油生产商也控制资本投入，尽管有迹象显示全球经济增长减缓，但是石油供应已经趋紧。上周美国原油库存意外下降，反映了美国原油出口量增加，炼油厂开工率上升。但是过去的三周，美国成品油库存总量累计下降了2100万桶。与此同时，美国已经连续三周动用石油紧急储备。沙特阿拉伯坚持要求欧佩克所有的成员国在12月份会议上决定进一步减产之前，都能遵守削减原油产量的承诺。关键在于尼日利亚和伊拉克两个严重超过减产协议规定上限生产的欧佩克成员国。有明显的迹象表明，这两个成员国都将在10月份将其原油日产量降低至减产协议承诺的上限。
