　　现货黄金价格在周五欧洲时段走高升至1510美元上方，创最近两周多以来新高，原因在于周末将至，在全球消息基本面仍存巨大变数的背景下，买入黄金避险再度成为市场交易者的共识；一方面，英国脱欧进程当前再度陷入僵局，很有可能需要英国重新举行大选才能重启谈判过程，预计在12月中旬举行的大选一方面仍存在着不确定预期，一方面又会让英国的预算案延迟发布，这令市场担忧情绪再度占据上风；另一方面，美联储下周会期在即，市场对其宽松政策予以了更强力押注，认为利率三连降已成定局，而这还可能引发其他央行大踏步跟进，比如俄罗斯央行日内就率先超预期降息50基点。央行宽松竞赛的直接得利者，自然也是现货黄金的多头投资者。
　　
　　技术面上，金价3连阳K排列，日线BOLL轨道向上修正，目前粘合运行，趋向1515发展，而BOLL中轨1493一线沦为买盘支撑，BOLLLower rail1483一线更是沦为反弹底部，各MA均线指标拐头向上，接下来关注反弹延续性，破位1515有望重拾多头行情，回归1550dollar/盎司上方，趋势维持看涨。短线上，4Hour chart breakthrough1495一线阻力走出反弹延续行情，并且已经破位，反弹动能较强，今日回跌也是走出新高再跌，不会直接回跌给到进场点然后涨，今日先反弹关注1515一线阻力位，受阻回调关注1500-1498一线支撑，万杰理财建议维持看涨思路，受阻高位再反手空下来。

　　美国炼油厂从秋季检修后逐渐恢复生产，原油加工量趋于增加，而欧佩克以及参与减产的非欧佩克产油国坚持减产，同时在美国的页岩油生产商也控制资本投入，尽管有迹象显示全球经济增长减缓，但是石油供应已经趋紧。上周美国原油库存意外下降，反映了美国原油出口量增加，炼油厂开工率上升。但是过去的三周，美国成品油库存总量累计下降了2100万桶。与此同时，美国已经连续三周动用石油紧急储备。沙特阿拉伯坚持要求欧佩克所有的成员国在12月份会议上决定进一步减产之前，都能遵守削减原油产量的承诺。关键在于尼日利亚和伊拉克两个严重超过减产协议规定上限生产的欧佩克成员国。有明显的迹象表明，这两个成员国都将在10月份将其原油日产量降低至减产协议承诺的上限。
　　
　　美原油日线上看，布林带三轨朝下微幅缩口运行，MA5Mean Square andMA10The moving average crosses the golden cross upwards,KThe line intersects between the upper and middle tracks in BolinMA5Above the moving average,MACD快慢线位于零轴下方呈金叉缓和上行红色动能放缓，KDJ三线拐头呈金叉逐步向右走平，行情多头有所放缓；4On the hourly chart, the Bollinger Belt runs three tracks upwards,MA5均线呈金叉朝上运行，KTransit between tracks in BolinMA5Near the moving average,MACD快慢线位于零轴上方呈金叉逐步向右走平红色动能逐步缩量，KDJ三线缩口朝下预交死叉下行，油价短线有一定回落风险。综合来看，今日操作上万杰理财建议高空为主。上方初步阻力在56.3Nearby, the resistance in the next step is56.7，下方初步支撑在55.1，近一步支撑在54.5。
