面对行情的短期波动，买多，害怕跌，买空，害怕涨，赚了就不敢多拿，早早出局，亏了不舍得止损，死死扛着，这似乎是最大的难关——人性的弱点。面对锁仓、套单，焦虑不安，更是苦不堪言，但那只是昨天，若昨天是过去，那还有什么过不去的明天。有人说，投资是一种心性的考验；有人说，投资是一种无奈。


总结这几年的操盘经验，张雅源认为，要想长期获利，有几点至关重要：


1、控制好心态，不要乱听人讲故事，选择好正规平台与靠谱老师，好心态比一切都重要。

不到两个月就已亏损了十万八万，然后又陷入了一个进退两难的地步，第一：想退出市场但又感觉很不甘心；第二：如果不退出又不知道如何是好；这个时候的你一定还在迷茫，我到底还能不能回本？我还应该找老师吗？
