　   技术面上，日线经过昨日的上涨，K线已经收线在布林带中轨之上，目前MA5andMA10均线形成金叉小幅向上，不过布林带和MACD都没有太大的变化，黄金后续能否继续冲高，还是需要关注今日后续的走势，如果继续冲高让多头技术面放量，那么后续还会有大涨，如果出现大幅回落，那么整体还将是继续来回震荡。4小时走出双金叉上涨势头，K线也是来到布林带上轨的位置，上方MA270The moving average is at1505美元下次强压，这也是日内上方比较重要的关键阻力点，破位才有机会继续走高，否则将就此回落。小时线目前MA5andMA10Moving average downward hook,MACD快慢线也是有形成死叉的迹象，多头能量逐渐削弱，表明短线有回落需求，下方比较重要的支撑点是1497-1495区间，如果日内黄金收线低于1495，那么后续还有机会走跌。今日上方需要重点关注1510压制点，下方需要重点关注1495-1488底部支撑；

　　技术面上，日线原油走出三连阳形态，不过昨日收线为一根带长上下引线的小阳线，多头有些暂时止步的意思，K线也是来到布林带上轨的位置，目前承压于布林带上轨和MA120均线阻力，MA270均线也是在56.80形成阻力点。4On the hour,MACD快慢线开始向下勾头，能量柱也是在逐步减弱，有回落的迹象走出，K线目前回踩至MA5均线的位置。小时线走出双死叉形态，并且MACD走出顶背离形态，表明短线回落意图非常明显，如果早盘油价跌破55.80美元，或许将迎来一波不小的跌幅，操作上日内原油在56.30-56.50一线轻仓做空为主。
