　　技术面：黄金拉锯震荡，4小时上轨直接击穿下轨，多头动力不足，上方压制明显，上周高点迟迟未能突破，从而近一步回落释放压力，4小时来看黄金依旧处于下行通道之中，根据当前的盘面各项指标排列空头，上方1497受压回落，持续反弹遇阻，下方还会有下跌的空间，对于短期来讲破位1472支撑才有可能进一步下跌。1小时来看黄金早间开盘反弹无力，布林带开口向下，MACD快慢线死叉下行，绿色动能柱放量短线还有回落需求，操作上王忆然建议反弹做空为主，回调做多为辅，上方关注1490-1492Resistance level, pay attention below1480-1482Support position.

　　技术面分析；日线来看原油最近还是一直震荡走势，每次给出新高之后就会出现一波快速回落，上周五原油最高反弹55承压回落最终收盘在53上方，昨日开盘原油小幅反弹54承压再次被打了回来，最低回落52.7附近，后半夜原油短线受到支撑再次反弹站稳53上方，最终收盘以带有长下影线阴线收盘，目前4小时来看周期指标依旧表现为空头排列，布林带整体偏向下行，双线以死叉形态向下延伸，RSI指标的上行势能存在衰竭迹象，1小时来看价格一直在布林带下轨与中轨运行，但MACD即将形成死叉，所以综合分析操作上王忆然建议还是顺势等反弹做空，
