　　英国与欧盟17日就约翰逊政府提出的新“脱欧”协议达成一致，英国议会为此定于19日召开特别会议投票表决该协议。这是英国议会下院37年来首次在周六议政。但在“超级星期六”的会议上，英国下议院在表决协议前以322Vote in favor306票反对，通过前保守党议员Oliver Letwin提出修正动议，要求政府先完成对脱欧协议中相关内容的立法程序再将协议本身提交议会表决。鸿金认为，虽然当天没有举行对新“脱欧”协议的表决，但修正案投票结果同样反映出各方对新协议的态度。

　　黄金上周小阳线震荡收平，整体区间不大。维持在1477-1498区间拉锯震荡，周初下探1477启稳回升，反弹至1498附近承夺震荡，日图当周基本都是实体较小的K线震荡。连续两个交易日的持续星线整理。本周继续等待打破整理僵局。
　　
　　周线收盘在5周线下方轻微承压。周线依旧处于回调修正当中，只是美元结构上开始转向回落，一定程度会限制黄金的修正深度。可能就会陷入高位以时间换空间的整理修正。周图MACD高位死叉有待消化修正。日图暂时处于下行趋势线之下回落修正，而K线图上周由于星线整理，短线暂时看不出强弱。上方下行趋势线的压力点在1506.也是短期空头防守点。此位之下继续看回调。
　　
Short line4小时进入1498-1477之间收敛箱体区间震荡，短线需要突破区间后才能看出多空延续。而布林道暂时收口当中。短期还要较长时间震荡。小时图围绕均线附近上下拉锯，而均线凌乱发散。暂时多空难延续。窄幅震荡阶段，综合来看，今日操作思路上周鸿金个人建议高沽低渣即可；

　　原油上周小阴线收盘，开盘价54.80即是周内最高点，周初承压下探至52.40附近低点，周尾守住低位反弹收盘，但整体还是收盘在中性位置53.60.周线目前仍在确认低点当中。反转还缺少像样的力度空间。日图星K线整理，守住了此前防守低点，周线和日线而言，守住51.0上方短期依旧看盘底回升。三针探底启稳，在未跌破51.0之前，此位之上等待多头放量反转目前整理格局。
　　
　　4小时目前回踩至布林道中轨起到支撑，也是上周五的回踩低点，而下方52.55是一个起涨台阶反弹的临界点，本周只要能够守稳52.55.短线还会进一步的反弹上扬。操作上周初在52.55上方回踩做多。目前中轨处是第一个支撑，4小时已经是连阴的回撤确认，但是空间不大，综合来看，今日操作思路上周鸿金个人建议低多为主，高空为辅；
