　　黄金本周整体是震荡的一周，日线横盘整理，最高触及1497, minimum1477！上下20美金波动，最终收报于1490位置！黄金1Hour,4小时随机指标死叉向下，黄金BOLL中轨位置1490一线，周五暂时被吃破，短线上偏空再度下探，下方的支撑位置1487Frontline and1480一线。短线上有重新下探的可能。黄金在日K的结构上，暂时是承压下跌趋势通道运行。但是下跌受阻，上涨也是受阻，暂时日K的下跌通道中又保持了一个小级别的箱体震荡，这个区间震荡是1480-1498这个小区间。所以周初操作上忆然建议以反弹做空为主。上方阻力看1495-98First line, support attention from below1480-82Near.

　　1、空单：反弹到1496-98Short nearby, stop loss4USD, target1485-86frontline;
　　2、多单：回调至1480-82Long on the front line, stop loss4USD, target1493-95Near.

　　原油短期同样陷入了两难的境地，结束了一轮强势的下跌后，原油依托51关口的支撑止跌筑底，并且一度有反弹的势能，但是本周初的连续回落也打破了原油筑底反弹的美梦，而在油价形成连续反弹的时候隔日冲高54.6一线承压收阴；从短期走势上分析我们将原油仍归类于震荡，上方目前是以55关口为阻力压制位置，短线支撑则位于52.4Front line, key support below51关口，此位置也正是前期下跌过程中的最低点；技术面上原油仍处在压制状态，日线上方以MA30andMA60均线粘合承压，所以整体上价格仍偏空。
