Last Thursday9month12日，欧洲央行宣布下调存款利率10个基点，这是该央行自2016year3月以来的首次降息。至此，欧元区的存款基准利率，也从0.5%Sudden drop to-0.5%。同时，欧洲央行宣布,将重启量化宽松政策(QE),即从11month1From now on,以每月200亿欧元的速度购买债券。加上欧元区，全球几乎所有的经济体，都在降息应对不景气的经济，全球降息潮，已经难以避免了。


本周，全球也还有多家央行，包括澳洲联储、日本央行、英国央行公布最新的利率决议。而最重要的，莫过于美联储FOMC的利率决议，以及随后美联储主席鲍威尔在新闻发布会中的措辞。对此，市场普遍预计美联储将降息25个基点，为7月降息以来再度降息。在当前环境下，预计年底前还将降息。


综上，本周在多家央行利率决议公布前后，黄金或将迎来较大波动，而结合基本面、以及技术面看，黄金止跌回升概率较大。



目前黄金运行在1503附近，今日开盘主要受到了沙特油田被袭的影响导致行情一路拉升24个点，随后又开启了12个点的回调。早间行情在1500关口撑住了第一波的回调，因此在欧盘上千五依旧是我们值得关注的一个支撑位，如果有破位我们下方将会关注1495一线支撑，上方亚盘最高点1512位子依然可当做欧盘上的强压制位。
