　　贵金属市场也一片火热，现货黄金短线上扬10美元，涨幅一度扩大至0.85%；以欧元计价的黄金现货日内已涨超20欧元，涨幅扩大至1.5%，领先于以其他主流货币计价的黄金品种；现货白银也一度涨近2%。随后在新闻发布会期间，现货黄金重回1520dollar/盎司关口，涨幅扩大至1.5%。现货白银涨1.4%，
　　
　　欧股也闻讯大涨，欧洲斯托克600指数扩大涨幅至0.3%；法国CAC40指数延续涨势，势创2007年以来收盘新高；瑞士SMI指数升至纪录高位。

　　金融博客零对冲则认为，德拉基已经调用出了所有“武器”——下调存款利率，重启QE，改变前瞻指引，放宽定向长期再融资，推出分层利率。
　　
　　存款利率只下调10Basis points andQEscale200Billion/月实际上比较偏鹰，所以欧元在最初先是走高。但是其他的方面都显得鸽派，比如说改变前瞻指引（利率指引删除时间限制，改为挂钩通胀），QE持续时间为开放式选择（只要有需要就会持续购债），放宽了TLTRO操作（TLTROIII的操作利率下调），以及引入分层利率（减少对银行业的不利冲击）。
　　
　　有分析指出，此次降息之后，欧洲央行应对经济变化的弹药也几乎消耗殆尽了。德拉基在担任欧洲央行行长的8年间，已经将欧洲央行的货币宽松政策发挥到了极致，其继任者拉加德未来或将面临多重考验。
