　日内公布的美国8月消费者信心指数较7月有所下跌，为135.1，此前为135.8，但仍高于市场预期的129.5。 U.S.A8月谘商会消费者现况指数录得2000year11月来最高水平，但预期指数有所下滑。数据公布后，gold价格有所反弹。美国国债收益率在周一的涨势中难以继续，10年期收益率下跌超过2.5%后出现倒挂，激发避险需求。市场担忧衰退来临，美古下跌，黄金及美元反弹。另外，随着9Month and10月份的临近，从过去的经验看，这两个月常常会出现问题。今年英国已经安排将在10月份脱欧，但目前仍没有离开的计划。金银将会从上述不确定性中继续获得支撑。

　　

　　 王铭鑫个人观点：虽然中国和美国冒易关系方面的消息暂时偃旗息鼓，但欧洲的风险事件却几乎无缝链接，加上其它的支撑因素，金价在波动中上行。更令人担忧的是，美国2Period and10年期国债收益率倒挂幅度达到金融危机来最大，一度扩大至4.362基点；3Months and10年期美债futures收益率曲线倒挂幅度也达到2007year3月来最大，重燃对经济即将出现衰退的担忧，引发美国古市遭抛售，进一步提振对公债的避险需求。在上述情况下， 铭鑫认为，黄金价格前景有望进一步回升。金价短线在1520-1550dollar/盎司之间高位区间震荡，宜关注后续发展。

Due toOPEC+坚定执行减产计划和美国API原油库存降幅远超预期,且伊朗突然终止与美国和解的希望,令原油供应趋紧担忧升温,推动国际油价大幅反弹。但全球经济放缓和中国美国冒易争端加剧的担忧限制了油价上行空间。由于市场对当前冒易形势走向存疑,油价近期大幅下挫。俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克周二在接受采访时表示,俄罗斯将信守OPEC+减产协议的承诺。API原油库存大降逾千万桶,同时库欣及成品油库存也全线大降。

　　

　　原油技术面来分析，原油自上周连阴下跌触及低位后本周展开强势反弹，形成V型反转，昨日日线收大阳，截止目前2连阳上涨，日线图上，低点不断变高，高点不断变低，形成对称三角形，待确定状态；短线4小时来看，昨日因利好消息面反弹，晚间大幅向上拉升，打破4小时图中对称三角形，强势上涨，当前布林带处于平口期，MA5Daily moving average,MA10Daily moving average andMA20均线向上交叉形金叉，K线位于上轨下方运行之中，KDJ指标三线向上有弯钩迹象，MACD指标红色动能柱持续放量，快慢线金叉向上扬去。综合来看，今日操作思路上王铭鑫个人建议回调做多为主，反弹做空为辅，上方重点关注56.3-56.7Frontline resistance, short-term focus below54.6-54.0Frontline support.
