津投期货欢哥可欣联手恶意操控HK50！牛气冲天群里只有一个真人？

四月中旬有人通过微信加我把我拉到一个股友群，群里有老师荐股，在介绍2只股票被套牢后，老师在群里说现在股票不好做，是熊市，又让群里人做HK50，并让客服（可欣）开通津投期货账户，追回股票损失。开通账户全程远程操作，只需要提供身份证件，中间因为要身份信息而拒绝了，但是有群里人（小可爱）加我微信私下说已盈利多少，几天就把股票赔的6万元赚回来了，随即决定开通津投期货账户（但在交易赔钱过程中再多次联系此人已无回应）。群里（牛气冲天群）每天由天行者群内喊单交易，开始入金少，第一次跟单就赔了，说是资金太少了风险高，随后入金跟着赚了2Single, with a maximum of accounts6000多美金，老师中间有几天不在线，不在时由老师的徒弟欢哥带单，这之后就没赚过，一直在赔钱，在我钱赔光了后，群主就把我从群里踢出去了。

Case handling process:

受害人意识到自己上当受骗后，便联系到法援联盟团队，团队的律师接受受害人的委托后，提醒受害人先调取自己的银行流水记录，查阅自己的银行流水，看看每笔交易的入金及出金情况。受害人去银行调取银行流水后，发现银行的入金是由其他支付公司流入到一家私人商户名下，根本没有流入国际外汇市场。据此，我方律师分析，这些非法平台其实是打着国际Foreign exchange futures的名义去欺骗投资者的国内公司。因为正规的外汇期货平台公司，资金是不可能流入私人公司名下的。于是我方律师让受害人下载所有的交易记录，导出所有的出入金记录，做好证据保留。

Case Result:

受害者通过律师的维权帮助和该公司进行和解，由该公司一次赔给了受害者所有亏损资金！
