　　至于上周发生什么我们不去阐述，毕竟过去的事情消息都是在盘面和市场中消化，我们关心的是本周美联储货币政策纪要的出炉，这里才是决定美元涨跌因素的关键，无论日线还是轴线行情在95reach97.7区域横盘震荡近半年，是时候选择方向的时候了，现在影响美元的走势无非外在和内在两个因素，第一内在的基本面支撑美元加息的借口基本不攻自破毕竟，从非农，失业，通胀等重要数据看美基本面逐步的衰退，再加上白宫不停干预美联储降息，而且美联储主席也是在上次讲话下调经济预期和鸽派的预热随时根据经基本面需要调整货币政策，这都是开始由紧缩货币政策转向宽松货币政策的开始。所以美元自98.3的下跌，是技术面调整的需要，也是基本面转向的使然。但是美元作为现在世界的储备货币和结算货币，更多是世界品种定价权还是在美元掌握，唯一与之媲美的经济体欧洲现在因为意大利债务预算，英国退欧等问题，经济也是举步艰难，国际货币基金组织下调经济增长预期和要求降息缓解衰退无疑增大欧元的抛售，英国退欧工党阻止无协议退欧也是被否，显然硬退欧成为市场的焦点同时加大镑美的下跌，与此同时白宫又指责欧洲过度依赖俄罗斯天然气，显然触角再次伸向制裁俄罗斯。在非美货币集体走弱下刺激美元走强，周末美600家企业集体上书指责关税应该尽快停止，这些等等都是让市场在恐慌中再次选择美元，自技术突破97.15可以清楚看到。美元再次考验箱体的上边沿97.7frontline.
