　　一、主动性解套：放发现自己的买入是一种极大的错误的时候，这个时候就应当及时斩仓止损；当自己被深度套牢无法斩仓同时又可以确认后市大盘仍有进一步深跌的空间，可采用做空的方式有效降低损失。
　　
　　解套方式多种多样，最终还是要结合实际仓位及盘面情况。
　　
　　二、如果套牢时，所买入处在高位必须立即止损；如果所买入处在中位，可以依据当时的情况暂时观望，以求的解套离场或者逢高减仓降低损失；如果所买入处在低位，则不必急于止损，应该在所买入下跌企稳之后，在重要的支撑位敢于低位补仓，摊成本，在接下来的反弹行情中将高位套牢的仓位一同救出来。
　　
　　三、采取向下摊平的操作方法。即随金价／银价下挫幅度扩增反而加码买进，从而均低购黄金／白银成本，以金价／银价回升获利。但采取此项作法，必须以确认整体投资环境尚未变坏，市场并无由多头市场转入空头市场的情况发生为前提，否则，极易陷入愈套愈多的窘境。
　　
　　四、采取以不变应万变的“不卖不赔”方法。在单子被套牢后，只要尚未脱手，就不能认定投资者已亏血本。如果手中所单子有发展前景，且整体投资环境尚未恶化，市场走势仍未脱离不明市场，则大可不必为一时套牢而惊慌失措，此时应采取的方法不是将套牢单子和盘卖出，而是保持持有来以不变应万变，静待近价回升解套之时。
　　
　　五、如果所买入的处在上升趋势，则不必止损，耐心地持有一段时间，必然会解套，甚至还会有较大盈利的可能；如果所买入处在平衡震荡趋势中，也不必立即止损，耐心等待进入震荡循环高位，一旦解套或者损失很小的时候，应该果断离场出局；如果所买入处在下跌趋势，一旦确认下跌趋势已经形成，应该立即止损，决不能患得患失心存幻想。任何的迟疑和犹豫，都有可能换来深度的套牢难以自拔
