　　技术面上，虽然金价近几周表现都比较好，但是周线MA5均线还是下穿MA10均线形成死叉形态，附图指标MACD快慢线也是向下勾头，能量柱还在进一步缩减，这表明黄金依旧存在下行的风险，本周如果不能再创新高，扭转周线的空头形态，那么后续一旦出现回落，黄金将会结束上涨的趋势。

　　日线级别和周线截然相反，目前依旧维持上升通道，并且形成双金叉上涨形态，K线和一众均线也都穿过布林带中轨，附图指标MACD快慢线都穿过O轴，后续如果黄金继续上涨，那么可能会冲击布林带上轨1326一线的位置，不过显然上方空间也不是很大。如果价格向下走跌，那么回到在1300上下震荡的可能性也比较大，目前黄金下方重点支撑点在1305-1307这一线，如果本周价格跌破这一线，那么后市将转入跌势，这里看好多头的朋友需要注意这一点。而如果能够守住1307-1305的支撑点，那么黄金还是会继续维持上升通道的上涨，所以操作上，本周在黄金跌破1307-1305之前，以靠近这一线的多单为主，一旦后续跌破这个区域的支撑点，那么后续操作就改为高空。

　　原油在市场需求放缓后，上周创下高点60.40高点便开始转头向下，周五跌破4小时上升通道的下轨59.50后油价加快了走跌的速度。原油今日早间开盘更是一路开始走跌5个点。日线上周五和早间的走跌让油价跌破MA5andMA10均线支撑点。4小时上更是形成双死叉形态，布林带中下轨都向下勾头，附图指标MACD快线也接近O轴的位置，那么下方周线MA5均线和日线布林带终归集结的57.50一线将成为下方重要的支撑点，如果油价能够守住这一线，那么后续原油还会维持周线级别的上涨趋势，如果后续油价跌破57.50支撑点，那么原油这一波的上涨就此结束，后续将会维持一段时间的震荡，然后再出新方向。本周操作思路上，日内现行采取59.50上方的高空思路，下方在没有破位57.50之前，靠近这一线进多单，一但跌破，后续就一直维持高空。
