先开个头，希望大神指点。
在网上也看到不少人说交易日志的重要性，个人认为，重要性在于能够通过分析和总结，发现不足之处，稳步提升。但是也有困境，如何记录一个合理的交易日志，如何持之以恒地记录交易日志是很多人都办不到的，我也没有坚持下来，记录几天就觉得没意思了如何编写交易日志72 / author:13381113093 / PostsID:1298233。

有没有一种方法，能够让人坚持记录交易日志，不那么费劲，不需要话太长时间，但是能够轻松坚持下去，并且在一定层面指导如何有效地记录交易日志呢？这个是我想发问的主题

自己做一个表格来记录，老是觉得麻烦。
网上找了一下软件，能看到的基本至于这两家
