　　黄金上周维持1280-1296区域整理，周线再以一根小实体阳线收盘；周线上看，KLine continues to adjust onBOLL上轨一线，BOLL带维持开口上行趋势，短周期MA5/10持续多头延伸至1280Location, attached imageMACDindex0轴一线金叉放量，KDJ指标临近超买区；日K线上看，黄金维持整理，K线维持BOLL中上轨之间运行，BOLL带维持开口状态，短周期MA5/10粘合调整于1287位置形成支撑，也是近期的黄金震荡区域的中间分水岭区域；上看1294Take a look below1280，同时这两处维持也是近期黄金连续区间震荡的高低位；附图MACDindex0轴上方粘合运行，指标中性，KDJ指标中性；综合分析来看，黄金在上周连续维持震荡走势之后，目前黄金技术面状态下依然维持着震荡局面。所以今日操作思路上林凌论市个人建议以回调做多为主，反弹高空为辅，上方重点关注1296-1298One line of resistance, pay attention below1286-1287Frontline support.

　　从日线上看，油价从12month26日从布林带下轨42.50反弹以来，在上周五上涨至布林带上轨，中间基本没有什么回落，在价格触及布林带上轨之后，油价上行动力开始不足，目前布林带上轨呈现缩口状态，加上附图指标移动平均线能量柱开始收缩，表明油价上方阻力比较强劲，油价进入需要回落阶段，随着早间的走跌，目前油价已经跌至MA5均线的下方，而MA10Mean Square andMA30均线远在49.50一线，这预示着油价下方还有一定的空间。4小时上，布林带三轨走平，K线位于布林带下轨，受到均线压制，MA5、MA10死叉下行，移动平均线绿色动能柱放量，且快慢线及随机指标无力垂头向下发散，综合来看，油价走出强势反弹后，目前开始进入回落阶段。所以今日操作思路上林凌论市个人建议采取高沽低渣操作即可，上方压力短期关注52.0-52.2One line of resistance, pay attention below50.0-50.3Frontline support.
