这一项看起来好像和交易关系不大，但实际上却是最重要、最难学的交易技术。如果你做过真实的交易，你就会知道一个交易员每天在心理上承受的痛苦是多么巨大。如果你不懂得心理调节技术，那么你的交易必定会做得一塌糊涂，就算其他技术掌握得再好也没用!

具体而言，如果你不够放松，那么你必定会感到紧张，而紧张会让你呼吸急促、身体僵硬、思维僵化，最后你会精疲力竭，在这种状态下，你的交易动作会完全变形，根本无法正常发挥，即使看到了机会和危险，你也无法动弹;如果你不够专注，那么你根本就看不到机会和危险在何处，更不要说抓住机会、回避风险。

二、快速识别交易机会

识别机会是抓住机会的前提。快速识别交易机会并不容易。首先你必须认清当前究竟是趋势市还是震荡市。如果是趋势市，那么趋势的强度又如何。这样你就能大致判断出有没有机会及机会的大小。然后你要在自己定义的时间框架上去寻找满足自己要求的获利模式。常规的获利模式就两种:一是见位模式，二是突破模式。见位模式是指价格反抽均线或趋势线的时候入场(这也是我采用的模式)，突破模式是指价格突破一定时间周期内的最高点或最低点进场。你只需任选其中一种模式就够了，尽量选择自己最喜欢的模式。千万不要两种模式都做，贪多的结果将是什么机会你都抓不住;

Inverted linear state refers to a set ofKLine, while inverted form refers to multiple groupsK线。实用的反转线态主要有渐短、影线、吞没三种，而实用的反转形态主要有双肩、圆弧两种。很多人喜欢用形态来识别交易机会，这是一个认识上的误区。

4、 Practice appearance techniques

五、止盈止损

很多人往往做不好止盈，从而让盈利单变亏损单，在单边趋势下，止盈可以用推止损法来加大利润空间，在震荡行情中，止盈往往需要个人思考点位平仓，不是每一单都必须赚几千几万，震荡行情中，有时几百的利润就是积少成多。当你在下单前，就应该想好止损价是多少，止损价格是不是合理，下单以后，马上把止损价填上，为什么要一开始就要填止损，就是如果行情不是你希望走的情况，这样你第一时间就可以减少亏损，止损止损就是停止亏损的意思，只有小亏才能保住元气。
