【12/20】汇评：美联储无视特朗普仍坚定加息，美元绝地反击飞非美货币纷纷跳水！

      据外媒报道，美国可能宣布从叙利亚完全撤军，美元闻讯承压下挫，非美货币迅速反弹，gold更是一度触及日内高点1258.04, refresh7month11日以来新高。次日凌晨，美联储无视特朗普的警告仍加息25个基点，同时将明年的加息次数下调为2次；另外美联储声明中略微调整了措辞，目前预计将“一些”程度地进一步渐进加息与经济活动的持续扩张相一致。随后，鲍威尔在新闻发布会上称，美联储已达中性利率区，缩表也未明显干扰市场。由于美联储利率决议以及鲍威尔的讲话没有市场预期的那么鸽派，美元短线大幅走高，回至97关口上方。非美货币和金价惨遭打击，回吐日内涨幅。
      Regarding the Euro:亚盘时段，欧元/美元小幅上涨。德国11monthPPIMonthly rate recorded0.1%, better than expected-0.1%，当前欧元/美元短线上涨。欧盘时段，欧盟表示已经与意大利就预算案达成协议，决定不对意大利开启过度赤字程序。同时还宣布14项针对无协议脱欧的准备举措。当前欧元/美元短线上扬。美盘时段，美国11月成屋销售录得532，大幅好于预期值520，但年率却录得7年半以来最大跌幅，当前美元短线回落，欧元/美元短线上涨，触及日内高点1.1439。随后美联储利率决议与鲍威尔的讲话令美元短线冲高，欧元/美元短线跳水60逾点，回吐日内全部跌幅。

Regarding the Euro:


      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/USD in1.1381附近震荡。技术上，今日可保持区间整理，目前上方压力位1.1398, lower support position1.1364，若有一方突破，方可确立日内主要方向。今日欧元区需关注欧元区10月季调后经常帐，若公布值好于前值，则利好欧元。美国需关注美国当周初请失业金人数，市场预期值21.6差于前值20.6，同时，美国12月费城联储制造业指数市场预期值15，好于前值12.9，美国经济数据预期值好坏参半，若公布值较好，则利好美元打压欧元。

In terms of gold:


      亚市早盘开盘，现货小幅上扬，目前在1245.10附近震荡。美联储与鲍威尔讲话都不及市场预期的那么鸽派，美元大幅上涨，黄金冲高后回落后日K线录得一根带上影线的阴线，并且完全吞掉前一根阳线，短线偏向下行。技术上，今日可逢高放空谨慎操作，目前上方压力位1246.6, lower support position1240。今日需重点关注美联储利率决议影响发酵，以及英国央行利率决议和脱欧相关消息，同时还需关注市场对周五美国PCE等数据的预期变化。
