　　美俄产油量增加与减产不确定性施压于油价，周二crude oil再现急挫行情，WTI原油一度下跌8%，布油也跌逾6%。有报道称俄罗斯本月原油产量将增加至历史新高1142Ten thousand barrels,EIA此前也预计2019年美国页岩油产量将继续上升，欧佩克+减产的利好几乎不复存在，油价已经完全陷入了恐慌之中。

　　沙特10月份原油出口量创22个月高位。联合石油数据库JODI数据显示，沙特原油出口环比增加26.710000 barrels to77010000 barrels/日，但原油库存环比下跌642.410000 barrels to2.1738亿桶。伊拉克10月原油库存增长607.710000 barrels to1099Ten thousand barrels, for2015year10月以来最大单月涨幅。
