【12/10】汇评：非农爆冷美联储12月加息或要凉，美元惨遭打击黄金一跃5个月高位！

      刚过去的一周，美国大小非农意外爆冷，美联储卡普兰发表鸽派言论，称目前略低于中性政策利率。美元遭受打击承压下挫，未能站稳97整数关口。同时，美债收益率曲线出现历史性倒挂，引发了经济衰退忧虑，令市场担心美联储明年可能停止升息周期。
      美联储鸽派代表布拉德更是跳出来表示因为收益率曲线反转，美联储可能考虑推迟12月加息。美元闻讯承压下挫，在97关口之下震荡。gold因而成为本周的大赢家，一度触及5Month high1250.05关口，更是创逾八个月最大单周涨幅。
      英镑方面：据外媒报道，欧盟暗示英国可以单方面撤回退出欧盟。若英国可以单方面撤销脱欧决定，则将为英国举行第二次公投铺平道路，最终可能阻止英国脱欧，脱欧或成为一场闹剧。英镑/美元闻讯短线拉升60逾点。但随后却出现了戏剧性的逆转，英国政府在脱欧法律建议投票中失利，英国首相梅竟被判定藐视议会，英镑遭受重挫，跌至2017year6月新低的1.2659。
      欧元方面为了避免欧盟惩罚，意大利总理孔特表示新预算案将可能给出比预期更低的赤字目标，将于本周二重新提交。意大利预算问题有所缓和，欧元小幅上扬。据消息人士称，欧洲央行决策者正在讨论2019年逐步退出刺激计划的多种想法，其中，一些议员的偏好是，将只上调存款利率作为退出刺激计划的开始。消息过后，欧元/美元短线上涨。

Regarding the Euro:


      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/美元一路上行，目前在1.1441附近震荡。技术上，今日可逢低做多，下方支撑位1.1360，若跌破下方支撑位1.1360时，可待回调时逢高放空。今日经济数据平淡，主要需重点关注欧洲两大风险事件。首先是意大利上议院对预算案进行投票。目前该预算案于本周已通过下议院的投票，但最终的投票结果将决定预算案的下一步走向，可能影响欧洲央行未来政策路径。其次，欧盟法院将对英国能否单边撤回脱欧决定作出判决，若欧盟予以通过，将意味着脱欧程序存在另一条出路的可能性，英国留欧的可能性有可能增加。

In terms of gold:


      亚市早盘开盘，现货黄金跳空高开后陷入震荡，目前在1249.39附近震荡。美国非农就业报告表现较差，同时美联储官员布拉德意外释放特别鸽派的信号，市场对美联储接近加息尾声的预期显著升温，这给金价提供支撑；金价升破1244附近阻力后，技术面看涨信号有所增加。技术上，今日可进行观望或逢低做多谨慎操作，目前上方压力位1256, lower support position1244。今日需关注国际贸易局势相关问题，以及英国脱欧和意大利预算问题。
