【12/05】汇评：美联储三把手释鹰美元深V反弹，欧盟的这一暗示英国脱欧或最终是场闹

      美元日内稍早一度下滑，跌至近两周低点96.37，gold趁势上涨，一度突破1240关口。随后晚间，因收益率曲线倒挂引担忧，美股再度大幅下跌，同时美联储官员威廉姆斯发表了鹰派讲话以及避险情绪升温的推动下，美元大举反弹，再次回至97关口上方，收复日内全部跌幅，上演了深V走势。非美主要货币纷纷承压下挫。美联储官员威廉姆斯表示，预计通胀将略高于2%，没有迹象表明通胀会过高，同时预计美联储还将继续渐进式加息。
      英镑方面：据欧盟最高法暗示，英国可以单方面撤回第50条法案，英镑/美元短线急升60多点。如果英国可以单方面撤销脱欧决定，则将为英国举行第二次公投铺平道路，最终可能阻止英国脱欧。次日凌晨，英国政府在脱欧法律建议投票中失利，英镑遭受重挫，跌至2017year6月新低的1.2659。随后有外媒报道，在英国政府在议会投票中失利后，议员举行投票赋予议会就未来脱欧进程拥有更大的权力，英镑/美元短线小幅反弹。
      Regarding the Euro:euro/美元上演了倒V走势。亚欧盘时段，意大利周二向欧盟提交预算案，以避免被执行程序性惩罚。意大利总理孔特称，新预算案将可能给出比预期更低的赤字目标。意大利预算案僵局有所缓和，同时受英镑利好的影响，欧元/美元大幅走高。美盘时段，美联储官员威廉姆斯发表鹰派言论，讲话期间，美元短线走高，欧元/美元承压下挫。

Regarding the Euro:


      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/美元小幅下跌，目前在1.1334附近震荡。技术上，今日可逢高放空，上方压力位1.1391，若突破上方压力位1.1391时，可待回调逢低做多。今日美国将为已故前总统老布什举行国葬，当天美元金融市场将休市一天，日内需重点关注欧元区的经济数据和风险事件。首先需重点关注欧央行德拉基的讲话。在11month27日德拉基偏鸽派言论令欧元承压下挫，若此次讲话延续鸽派立场，欧元将再次将打压。另外还需关注德、法和欧元区的服务业PMI终值，目前市场预期值和前值一致，若公布值好于预期值，则利好欧元。

      亚市早盘开盘，现货黄金在1236.15附近震荡。目前市场对国际贸易局势的担忧情绪有所回升，同时美联储三把手发表了鹰派言论，都令美元反弹上涨，利空黄金；日线图黄金面临布林线上轨阻力，面临重回跌势的风险，同时短线看空信号有所增强。技术上，今日在未突破1242关口时可逢高放空谨慎操作，目前上方压力位1241.34, lower support position1230。今日需关注国际贸易局势和避险情绪变化，以及美联储经济褐皮书。
