【11/30】汇评：美国经济喜忧参半美元震荡盘整，FED12月加息或已成定局并调整这一措

      美国经济数据喜忧参半，通胀放缓抑制了美元涨幅，美元陷入窄幅震荡盘整，仍承压在97关口下方。美联储公布了11月货币政策会议纪要，会议纪要显示几乎所有委员都认为有理由在“相当近期”进行加息。同时还讨论了在今后的声明中调整“渐进加息”措辞的问题和对利率采取灵活的手段，两年以来首次重新讨论实施货币政策的潜在长期框架。
      Regarding the Euro:亚盘时段数据清淡，欧元/美元延续隔夜上涨情绪继续上涨。欧盘时段，德国11月季调后失业率录得5%, better than expected5.1%，创历史新低，当前欧元/美元反应平淡。欧盟预算专员厄廷格称预计美国在圣诞节前对汽车征收关税，欧元/美元跌至日内低点。随后遭到欧盟委员会否认，欧元/美元小幅反弹抹平跌幅。美国10Monthly CorePCEPrice index annual rate recorded1.8%，差于预期值1.9%，同时间段，美国10月个人支出月率录得0.6%, better than expected0.4%，为近7个月以来的强劲增长，当前美元短线上涨，欧元/美元短线下跌。美盘时段，美国10月成屋签约销售指数月率录得-2.6%，差于预期值0.5%, for2014年以来最大降幅，当前美元反应平淡，欧元/美元短线下跌。

      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/USD in1.1387附近震荡。技术上，今日可保持区间整理，上方压力位1.1401, lower support position1.1362，若有一方突破，方可确立日内主要方向。今日欧盘时段需重点关注欧元区11monthCPI年率初值，目前市场预期值2 %差于前值2.2%，若公布值较差，则利空欧元。美盘时段需关注美联储官员威廉姆斯的讲话，若发表鹰派言论，则给美元提供支撑。
