     Federal Open Market Committee of the United States(FOMC)周四公布了11month7Solstice8日会议记录，其显示，美联储官员在最近一次会议上认为很快加息将受到保障，但他们也担心贸易紧张和企业债务可能会对经济增长产生何种影响。不过，会议纪要也提到了一些对加息“时机”的担忧。目前的预测显示，除了12月的加息，FOMC可能还会在2019年批准三次加息。而在前一日美联储主席鲍威尔发表了鸽派声明，今日的美联储会议纪要释放了美联储将谨慎加息的信号。凌志认为，在通胀温和和产出缺口稳定的预期下，预计美联储不会被迫激进地收紧政策。不过若所谓的中性利率高于当前预期，美联储的声明仍给进一步加息留有余地。
