【11/27】汇评：德拉基”放鸽”欧元跌跌不休，美联储二把手登场警惕美元历史重演！

      有媒体报道，英国议会将在12month11日就英国脱欧协议进行投票。因市场怀疑英国首相梅姨的脱欧协议能否通过英国议会，英镑的涨幅得到遏制，在触及日内高点1.286后回落，上演”倒V”字型走势。美元因欧元英镑的冲高回落而“渔翁得利”，展开“V”字型反弹至97Above the gate.gold走势仍追随美元表现，日内一度突破1208关口后高位回落。
      Regarding the Euro:亚盘时段，因目前欧盟与英国就脱欧协议达成一致，同时意大利副总理迪马约称政府有可能降低2019年赤字目标，欧元震荡上行。欧盘时段，欧央行德拉基称经济增速放缓主要反映疲软的贸易增速，预计今年12月底将结束QE，仍需大量的货币政策刺激；同时还预计整体通胀未来数月将下降。德拉基的鸽派言论令欧元承压下挫，回吐日内部分涨幅。美盘时段，美国11Monthly Dallas Fed Business Activity Index Record17.6，大幅差于前值29.4，但当前美元反应平淡，欧元/美元短线下跌。

Regarding the Euro:


      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/美元在经历一夜倒“V”反转后低位徘徊，目前在1.1333附近震荡。技术上，今日可逢高放空，上方压力位1.1366。若突破上方压力位1.1366时，可待回调至区间内逢低做多。今日数据较为清淡，主要需留意晚间美联储副主席克拉里达的讲话。他在11month16日时克拉里达发表了鸽派言论，表示不会同意过快或过慢加息，并且预计明年通胀不会出现大幅回升，讲话期间曾造成美元大幅回落，欧元/美元曾短线上涨60个点。若此次克拉里达再度发表鸽派言论，美元可能会再度遭受打击。同时还需关注次日凌晨埃文斯、博斯蒂克、乔治三位美联储官员的讲话。

      亚市早盘开盘，现货黄金一波急挫后小幅反弹，目前在1221.66附近震荡。欧央行行长德拉基发表鸽派言论，给美元提供支撑，这对金价不利；而且昨日日K线录得一根上影阴线，暗示上方阻力较强，短线面临重回跌势的风险。技术上，今日可逢高做空谨慎操作，目前上方压力位1224, lower support position1217。今日需关注国际贸易局势，以及美联储副主席克拉里达的讲话，还有埃文斯、博斯蒂克、乔治等美联储官员的讲话。
