【11/23】汇评：两条重磅消息令英镑上蹿下跳百余点，美元尽显疲态黄金”重生”或指

      因市场开始质疑美联储的升息周期，另一方面受英镑大幅上涨的拖累，美元走势低迷。美国总统特朗普再度发出让政府关门的威胁，由此引发的避险情绪支撑gold小幅走高。
      有外媒报道，欧盟委员会称已与英国谈判者就脱欧后的欧英关系声明草案达成一致。草案文件显示，欧盟将会承认英国独立的贸易政策，双方将在未来寻求担保计划的替代方案。消息传出后，英镑/dollar30分钟内上涨100逾点。但随后欧盟称渔业和直布罗陀问题依然待解决，英镑/dollar1分钟跳水100点。据西班牙外交消息人士称，因在直布罗陀问题上缺乏澄清，西班牙将会投票反对当前的脱欧协议草案。
      Regarding the Euro:亚欧盘数据清淡，欧元/美元小幅上扬，随后欧央行公布货币政策会议纪要，纪要显示有部分证据表明经济增长面临的风险倾向于下行，同时承认前景面临不确定性和脆弱性；但必须强调的是，政策依旧与市场预期和此前决议保持一致；贸易紧张态势或被美国更高的进口量抵消。会议纪要公布后，欧元/美元短线下挫。美盘时段，欧元区11月消费者信心指数初值录得-3.9，差于预期值-3，当前欧元/美元短线震荡。

Regarding the Euro:


      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/USD in1.1405附近震荡。技术上，今日可保持区间整理，上方压力位1.1411, lower support position1.1392，若有一方突破，方可确立日内主要方向。由于感恩节因素，股市提前三小时收盘，届时行情也未必活跃。欧盘时段需关注德国第三季度未季调GDP年率终值，目前德国汽车销量下降，产业经济支柱疲软导致GDP承压下行，若公布值好于预期值前值，则有望给欧元支撑。另外还需关注德、法和欧元区制造业PMIEurozone11Monthly manufacturing industryPMI初值，今年以来该指标已经连续10月下降，会否触底反弹，我们拭目以待。美盘时段需关注美国11monthMarkitmanufacturingPMI初值，目前市场预期值56Better than previous values55.7，若公布值较好，则提振美元。

      亚市早盘开盘，现货黄金小幅上涨，目前在1227.1附近震荡。市场预期美联储可能早于预期结束加息周期，给黄金提供了支撑；但市场对意大利预算问题和英脱欧问题的担忧情绪有所缓解，削弱了避险情绪，美元回落之际，金价涨幅有限，重回跌势的风险有所增加。恰逢美国感恩节期间，整体交投略微清淡，技术上，今日可逢高做空谨慎操作，目前上方压力位1230, lower support position1223。今日需关注美国MarkitmanufacturingPMI初值。
