    昨日国际能源署(IEA)署长比罗尔在讲话中表示，现在说油价在明年是否会过热还为时过早，这取决于石油需求以及欧佩克12月的会议，还有非常小的空余产能。并称当前crude oil市场进入“空前的”不确定时期。天安点金分析，比罗尔所说的不确定性也就是欧佩克在下月会议上的决定，虽然近期俄罗斯油长反对立刻减产，但在下月欧佩克维也纳会议中，俄罗斯就未必不会同意在明年进行减产，这种不确定性对明年油市的影响是非常大的。另一方面，近期美国原油产量也在持续增加，分析师李琛认为上周的EIA数据显示美国国内原油日均产量高达117010000 barrels/日，在美国原油对外扩张程度加重、以及IEA比罗尔对明年油市需求的担忧，这两大因素已经能够对油市的供给产生失衡，利于原油价格继续走低。
