【11/21】汇评：美元绝地反击特朗普再次嘴炮美联储加息，意大利预算案将迎来欧盟最

      美股再次出现暴跌，避险情绪令美元止跌反弹，非美货币承压下挫，gold在触及十日新高1228高位后开始回落，不过跌幅较为有限，继续守稳1220美元水平上方。次日凌晨，美联储卡什卡利发表鸽派言论，表示美联储应暂停加息以观察经济进展情况。随后，美国总统特朗普再次批评美联储加息，表示希望看到更低利率。同时，特朗普还喊话希望油价下跌，表示沙特已经帮助美国打压油价，美油跌幅一度逼近8%。
      英镑方面：西班牙首相桑切斯表示，若脱欧协议草案中有关直布罗陀的部分没有修改，西班牙将投票反对，当前英镑闻讯承压下挫。英央行行长卡尼发表讲话，表示无协议脱欧的风险高到让人不安；同时表示若随着英镑的走软，出现进一步的过度需求，央行将考虑加息，同时也存在脱欧后降息的可能性。
      Regarding the Euro:亚欧盘时段，欧元/美元小幅震荡开始震荡下行。德国10monthPPIMonthly rate recorded0.3%，符合市场预期，当前欧元/美元小幅波动。美国10Total monthly construction permits recorded126.3，略差于预期值126.7，同时间段的美国10Annual record of total monthly construction of new houses122.8, better than expected122.5，当前美元短线上涨，欧元/美元短线下跌，跌破1.14关口。美盘时段，美元一路震荡上行，欧元/美元承压下挫。

Regarding the Euro:


      亚市早盘开盘，欧元/美元小幅下跌，目前在1.1445附近波动。技术上，今日可逢高放空，上方压力位1.1420, lower support position1.1404。若突破上方压力位1.1420时，可待回调至区间内逢低做多。因意大利执意不更改2019年预算草案，上周有欧盟官员称将在11month21日就预算草案对意大利采取进一步的措施，但欧盟是否对意大利惩罚还有待进一步的观察。这些关键风险事件的不确定性将持续影响欧元的反弹空间。今日经济数据方面较为清淡，主要集中在美国。美国首先需关注10月耐用品订单月率，以往数据公布造成短线20多点的波动，此次预期值-1.8%，大幅差于前值0.7%，有可能创下今年次低水平，所以在此利空未兑现前，美指可能延续调整姿态。其次还需关注美国10月成屋销售总数年化，尽管美国整体经济表现强劲，但房屋市场却走势低迷。目前市场预期值523Better than previous values515，若公布值较好，则提振美元。

In terms of gold:


      亚市早盘开盘，现货黄金在1221.7附近震荡。尽管股市暴跌，但避险资金却未能过多青睐黄金，黄金受美元回涨而拖累，金价短线下行风险有所增加。不过，目前市场对晚间的美国数据预期值较差，或将对美元造成打压，黄金趁机反弹。技术上，今日可逢低做多谨慎操作，目前上方压力位1225, lower support position1217。今日需关注美国耐用品订单数据以及成屋销售数据，同时还需关注意大利预算案相关问题。
